Generally, no. We believe in transparent pricing and providing expert value at no extra cost to you. Here is how our fee structure works:

• Vacation Packages & Cruises: $0. There are no planning fees or hidden surcharges when booking your cruises, all-inclusive resorts, or multi-day vacation packages.
• Hotels & Activities: $0. Whether it’s a weekend boutique hotel stay or a guided tour, you pay the same rate (or better!) as booking directly.
• Flight-Only Bookings: There is a standard service fee of $25 per person for "air-only" reservations. The "Ticketing & Support Fee" will be a separate charge than the airline tickets. 

 Most travel components—such as cruises, resorts, and tour operators—compensate us for our expertise, allowing us to offer our planning services to you for free. However, airlines do not pay commission on flight-only tickets.

The $25 per person fee covers the time and professional tools required to research, book, and manage your airfare. This fee ensures you receive:

• Professional Monitoring: We keep an eye on schedule changes and gate updates.
• Direct Support: If a flight is delayed or canceled, you call us instead of waiting on hold with the airline for hours.

 Absolutely. If you bundle your flights with a hotel stay, a cruise, or any other travel component booked through us, we waive the $25 fee entirely. 

 If you see a lower price for the exact same package (same dates, room category, and terms), let us know immediately!

• For many cruise lines and resorts, we can often "re-fare" the booking to the lower rate or secure an on-board credit for the difference.
• Note: Some "last-minute" or "non-refundable" promos may not be eligible for adjustments per the supplier's rules.

 In short: No. We have access to the same (and often better) rates than the big booking engines. The difference is that when you book with us, you get a human being who knows your preferences, rather than a 1-800 number and a long hold time. Plus, we often have access to exclusive perks like room upgrades, resort credits, or complimentary breakfasts that you won't find on public sites.
